This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the GlowChord Team for the use of the GlowChord video game software.
1. Grant of License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and play GlowChord strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes on your personal computer.
2. Restrictions
You are not permitted to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract any source code, audio, or visual assets from the game. Selling, renting, or leasing the software is strictly forbidden.
3. Ownership and Copyright
GlowChord, including its lore, characters, names, music, and art, is the sole property of the GlowChord Team. This license does not grant you any title or ownership over the game.
4. User-Generated Content
We happily permit the creation of derivative works such as fan art, non-commercial "Let's Play" videos, and livestreams on platforms like Twitch and YouTube, provided you do not imply official endorsement.
5. Updates and Patches
We may provide patches, updates, and modifications to the game. You acknowledge that some updates may radically alter the gameplay or require an updated agreement.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate immediately and automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions.
